1. Ads run for a fixed period of time, usually either a week, two weeks, a month, or 3 months. If you'd like them to run longer, select multiple ads at the time of purchase, for example two 3-month ads can run in sequence for a single 6-month duration.

2. Ad rates vary according to the position on the display page. Banner ads are more expensive than footer ads. If you wish your ad to appear both on top and on the bottom, purchase one of each and point them to the same ad code.

3. Your ad will run together with others. Exclusive ads are available but time periods must be reserved in advance. Please contact our Marketing Department at operations@indieheaven.io if you wish to arrange an exclusive advertising period.

4. Select your ad by shopping in our store. Your ad must be paid for in advance before you can create it. Once your ad has been purchased, you can see exactly how it will look when it appears on the Forum, and you can edit it until you're happy with the way it appears.

5. Ads may be edited until they are approved by you. Once you have approved an ad, you can no longer edit it. If you require assistance creating your ad, or if you would like us to create your ad for you, you can contact our Support Team at support@entertainmentcapitol.com

6. Ads may not contain sound, and may not be lewd or offensive. All ads must comply with state and federal laws. Video and animation are acceptable as long as there is no sound, and ads may not contain embedded warez or any form of spyware, but may contain click counters and tracking cookies.

7. We automatically count views and clicks for each ad and report them to you. You can inspect your ad performance at any time. However you can not modify your ad once it starts running. Please ensure that your ad appears correctly before approving it.

8. We are not responsible for the performance of your ad.
